Project Description :
This building is designed with maximizing natural elements. Maximizing natural elements to fulfill essential human needs is the main idea used to design this building. The building is designed without any huge walls to separate its user and the nature outdoors. All this concept is implemented with user’s comfort and security in mind. Perforated metal screen is used on the facade to maximize the natural light and circulation input to the indoor area. High ceilings and open floor plan design keeps the indoor area comfortable to use in any circumstances.
This multimass building is configured to create a unique space experience resembling a traditional market which usually used hallways. Masses are configured to respond to the existing space and maximize its potential to support local economic activity. Zonation system is applied based on public or private areas which create a segmentation for each specific use of a level.
